How do these memberships work? You simply complete the sign-up form, provided us a credit card and you're done. We will provide you with a bar coded sticker that we will apply to your vehicle window. All you have to do is sit back relax and enjoy your shiny clean vehicle. You can wash that vehicle as often as you like for 30 days at which time our system will auto-charge the card you provided and your off and running for another 30 days. You can cancel your membership at any time, we just ask that you give us 7 days prior notice to your next charge date in order to update the account.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS & FAQ

Unlimited Membership is tied to 1 car only. Your barcode will be linked to your vehicles make, model, color and license plate. We ask that you affix the barcode to your vehicle where it is visible.
Must complete all information on the sign up form. You must provide a form of contact (valid email or phone#) for billing or other account related concerns. We prefer both and the information will not be sold or used for spam.
Membership automatically renews monthly. In the event we are unable to charge your credit card for any reason, your membership will be suspended until a new credit card is provided.
Your credit card will be billed automatically each month. You will typically be billed on the same date corresponding to your start date pending any holidays or other unforeseeable concerns.
Membership Upgrade/Downgrade: This change must be done in person or at our web site.
There are no refunds, credits or adjustments for days or times we are temporarily closed due to inclement weather, maintenance repairs, equipment failure, holidays, or for any other reason.
Cancellation: You must cancel at least 7 days prior to your next billing cycle, in person, on our web site, or email memberships@BuckeyeSuperWash.com. Partial months will not be refunded so you may continue to wash your vehicle until the last day of your paid cycle.
This program cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, coupons or any other programs including our Wash Me VIP customer loyalty program. We reserve the right to suspend, change or cancel any member at any time.
Any pricing changes will be provided with a 30-45 day notice.
If you get a new vehicle there is no need to worry about the old barcode, simply stop in and we will provide you with a new barcode sticker for the new vehicle.
Multiple vehicles - we can easily add multiple barcode stickers to one account if needed.
Barcode Sticker - if I cancel my membership, should I remove my barcode sticker? No, once you cancel your membership, that same barcode will now be linked and active to start earning points towards our Wash Me VIP customer loyalty program for any future car washes you buy. If you decide to sign up for an unlimited membership, we can activate the same barcode.
Need to Update/Change my Credit Card on file - please let us know next time you stop in and we can update our records.

Received an email - I'm a monthly member and I received an email stating my membership did not renew? Now what? Our automated system will attempt to charge the card on file up to 3 times before it will fail. There a number of reason this can occur, the main reason being a change in your expiration date. All you need to do is provide us a new or updated card for our system, and we can do this when you stop in for you next wash. No need to fill out new paperwork.
